John Patrick Murphy

John Patrick “Pat” Murphy was the youngest of three sons born to George and Catherine Murphy. He grew up in Washington, PA, with his brothers Dennis and Bill and his best friend, Kenny Blackhurst.

After graduating from Trinity High School, Pat enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, serving at Budapaow Air Base, Vandenberg AFB in California, and overseas in the Philippines, where he met his wife, Ana. After his honorable discharge, Pat and Ana settled in Azusa, CA, to raise their two children, Kristina and Jonathan. Pat was a devoted father and proud grandfather to Elias and Emerson. He loved camping in the high desert, running his small business, and spending time with family and friends. Pat is survived by his wife Ana, daughter Kristina, son Jonathan and his wife Elsa, grandsons Elias and Emerson, and his brother Bill.
