Jeffrey Paul Rossignol

     With heavy hearts and profound love, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Paul Rossignol, who departed this life on November 1, 2025, in Long Beach, at the age of 58, after bravely fighting a courageous battle with cancer.

     Jeffrey was born on April 19, 1967, in Van Buren, Maine, to Elmer Rossignol and Lucille Pelletier. In 1988, he moved to Los Angeles, where he would build a life filled with creativity, passion, and deep connection. He attended El Camino College in 1990, receiving formal training in art before continuing his studies in computer graphics at Santa Monica College. Jeffrey went on to become a talented graphic artist, selling several of his pieces, sharing his love for music as a Long Beach club DJ, and working at Lithographix, Inc. in Hawthorne for thirteen years, remaining dedicated to his craft until his passing.

     Jeff was widely known for his devotion to health and fitness. He earned his NASM Personal Trainer Certification with a specialization in Senior Fitness, later founding his own business, Beach Warrior Workout. He also became a Steel Mace Flow Coach, guiding others with enthusiasm, empathy, and a deep belief in the transformative power of movement. As a personal trainer, Jeffrey created individualized programs focused on strength, mobility, and functional fitness, helping clients feel empowered, capable, and supported on their wellness journeys.

     Like the art he created, Jeffrey’s spirit was luminous—beautiful, expressive, and felt deeply by all who knew him. His presence brought warmth, encouragement, and inspiration to countless lives.

     Jeffrey is survived by his husband, Phillip Cadenas; his mother, Lucille Pelletier; his sister, Lisa Scott; his brother-in-law, Craig Scott; his nieces, Paige and Brooke Scott; his stepbrother, Mark Pelletier (Jackie); and his stepsister, Elizabeth Pelletier. He is also lovingly remembered by a large extended family and many dear friends who will miss him immensely.

     Jeffrey’s life was a testament to creativity, dedication, and heartfelt connection. His memory will continue to shine brightly in the lives of all who loved him.
