Alexa Ann Socha

Alexa Ann Socha, 52, died at home December 17, 2024, in Long Beach, California. Born July 22, 1972, she was the daughter of the late Ann Lorraine “Lorna” Socha of Hershey, Pennsylvania and Paul Socha, husband of Linda M. Socha, Lebanon, Pennsylvania and Venice, Florida. In addition to her father, Alexa is survived by her brother David Socha, husband of Diane, two nephews, Brandon and Zachary of South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, her sister, Amy Socha of Everett, Washington, and her caring aunt, Geraldine Gelbaugh of Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania.

A graduate of Hershey High School, Pennsylvania, Alexa earned her bachelor’s degree at James Madison University, Virginia, and her law degree at Washington and Lee University, Virginia. A talented civil litigation attorney, Alexa opened her own successful law practice in Long Beach, California. In addition to her family and friends, she dearly loved her two Yorkies, Harley and Sammy.
